A free online demonstration is a great way to find out more about Asset Rental. During the demonstration you will be able to watch the program being used on one of our computers from your own. This makes participation very easy and convenient, no matter where you are.

We can offer you a short introductory demonstration of Asset Rental, or focus on specific areas of interest. We can even give you control of the remote computer so that you can try out Asset Rental directly for yourself. Demonstrations can be on a one-to-one basis, so that you have the undivided attention of our presenter, or we can demonstrate Asset Rental to a group of up to ten people at the same time.*

All you need to take part in an Asset Rental online demonstration are:

• A PC running an internet browser
• A broadband internet connection
• Skype or a separate landline telephone

• Contact name and phone number
• The name and nature of your rental business
• Date and time that you would like for your demonstration. Please provide us with at least two alternatives in case we are not available for the first one
• The approximate length of time that you would like the demonstration to last (between 15mins – 1 hr)
• Any features of our software you would like the demonstration to focus on

For our online demonstrations to Windows and Mac users we use Mikogo, a widely used program that is free to use and features 256-bit AES encryption, so it's very secure. What's more you don't even have to register or install Mikogo on your computer as it's stored in a temporary location for one-time use only. In addition to this we also use Mikogo for:

• Providing fast and efficient support
• Online training
• Avoiding the need for us to make environmentally damaging personal visits
